Thank you for visiting and shopping at Solar Hub. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

  • Shipment processing time:
    All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
    If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

  • Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
    Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

  • Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses:
    Solar Hub ships only to physical addresses within Ireland and does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your package.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Solar Hub is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Solar Hub is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
